Personally focused on beauty, wellness and consumer health clients, generating between 8-10% of the annual turnover. Part of the London leadership team between 2015 and 2017 during which time the Company won both Best Agency over GBP20 million and Best Place to Work at the MRS awards.

Senior Director in brand strategy and insight, based in France, but working everywhere. My particular focus included NPD & Innovation, brand positioning, brand strategy & architecture, communications strategy and implementation, packaging, brand equity.

I returned to run the office I set up in 2003. The role involved turning around the HR policies and re-establishing a cohesive, fulfilled team which delivered consistently high quality work to our expanded client base. In the first year after my return the business was shortlisted and won Bronze in the Marketing Week best Research Agency awards.

The first Flamingo Director to work remotely from home following the birth of my triplets. After a move to Paris from Singapore I developed an entirely new client base working with Lipton Ice Tea and Lipton Leaf out of France, Nestlé and J&J.

Co-founding officer of the first Asian office of the Flamingo Group based in Singapore. Responsible for designing the offer, marketing strategy, P&L and new thinking. We grew the Company from a duo to a team of 15 by 2006 with an enviable client list including Unilever, Standard Chartered, Mars and William Grant. Our work included pan Asian cultural-led pieces for brand launches, brand equity, communications strategy and innovation.

One of the leaders at the time in computer content analysis, using proprietary linguistic data to study and map language.I trained here and left after two years. My work consisted primarily of financial, governmental and pharmaceutical work (the Financial Services Authority, MAFF, COI, Glaxo, Boehringer Ingelheim)

Recruited as a graduate into one of the top Executive Search companies in the City, specialising in mandated search for financial services posts. My focus began in equities and moved to hedge funds and other fund management posts.
