Deployed into role to provide the project with valuable insights to represent the needs of my team and our broker network.I coordinated with testers and data analysts to ensure the new system was meeting expected outcomes and reported progress updates to distribution team on a fortnightly basis.

I was also promoted to Team Leader within 4 years of this role. My major priority was to grow key broker relationships, acting as a conduit between brokers and internal teams (claims, underwriting, policy admin, customer care) and delivering a high level of service to key broker partners.By maintaining exceptional service to the broker, their support staff and customer base, I succeeded in identifying golden opportunities for sales growth.During my time in the role, I represented the broker distribution team on various internal projects engaging in cross-functional teamwork with several departments to improve processes and delivery to external stakeholders.I collaborated with project managers and IT department to integrate Salesforce and ensure its usability in the broker distribution team, including providing initial training to wider teams and responding to feedback.I worked alongside legal, distribution, and IT departments to implement a new data monthly check which enabled us to meet new compliance requirements as required by financial advice regulator. I also undertook other tasks such as assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, training and mentoring staff as well as general data administration, Broker set up and maintenance of broker records including onboarding into nib’s system.
