As an Onboarding Manager at Vori, I help small and independent grocers implement retail technology solutions to modernize their store operations. I leverage my expertise in operational process improvement, employee training, and customer service management to deliver high-quality and efficient onboarding experiences for Vori's clients. Prior to joining Vori, I spent 10 years at Whole Foods Market, where I developed a passion for project planning and management, as well as a purpose-driven leadership style. I coordinated the launch of Amazon cashierless retail technologies in Los Angeles and Washington D.C., overseeing the intake, testing, and design of Just Walk Out software and hardware updates in a lab environment, and designing and implementing training curriculum for store-level and corporate team members. I also directed teams of 30+ people in stores averaging over a million in sales per week, focusing on individual engagement and development. I hold a Bachelor's degree in University Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, where I gained a broad and interdisciplinary perspective on various fields of study.
