I was placed with American Airlines in the DFW area to help them get back on track with projects. This specific team is 5 strong with only 2 designers. When I arrived I jumped into the fire knocking out project after project to help them get caught up. Since arriving I have worked on designing logos, flyers, landing pages, and editorial articles. Originally I was going to be working with this team for a month but after showing my abilities and willing to work on what ever project no matter how late in the evening it took I was asked to stay on until the end of the calendar year.

In this job I was able to flex my skills of working on multiple projects at once. Distinctive Displays is a fabrication shop where they design, build, and ship fully customized booths for our customers looking to showcase their new products in major trade shows (Coterie, MRKet, and Toy Fair ect.). In this position I was client facing, going back and forth to nail down specifics to ensure the blue prints are correct. After the design part, I would decide which materials to prints their images on for the best impact. In my specific area I worked with two other co workers that help equally getting our hands dirty prepping material and installing if needed.

I had the pleasure to work with MKTG INC and their talented team to help them knock out a project for the popular gaming company Nintendo. For this project, Nintendo was in need of designers to help create a demo area in malls across the nation with actual Wii's in place to preview the new games and the Wii U (a hand held gaming system that works with the original Wii to enhance your gaming experience). My personal job was to create visually appealing signage with the provided assets and copy to showcase the game titles that could be played at the specific station you're at, directional signage, fliers for other promotions, and a step and repeat for the back drop if you wanted to take pictures with popular life size characters from Nintendo.

I started off working with the highly reputable dealership as a courtesy driver. In that position I was responsible for making sure customers that needed transportation while their vehicle was being worked on had a way to and from wherever needed, maintaining the upkeep of courtesy shuttle, and the entire service departments files of all tickets written. After working in that position my strong communication skills and positive attitude for all task and responsibilities asked of me, I was offered a promotion to service advising. Since gaining this position I have gathered multiple certificates and a vast knowledge of Ford motor vehicle's along with other makes in their upkeep.
