My role at Bracken Presentations sees me involved in every aspect of managing an event from inception through to completion. My responsibilities include:• Planning, management and delivery of events and exhibitions; • Overseeing delegate management, producing marketing collateral and online registration systems;• Liaising with venues, caterers, AV teams, speaker liaison and other third party contractors;• Staff briefings and overseeing events on the day;• Tender writing, job costings and budget management to achieve profitable outcomes;• Supervision and management of administration staff;• Deputising for the Managing Director in her absence;• Production of post event evaluation reports to show evidence of KPIs.I have worked on a variety of events, which include:• National Roadshows• High-profile ministerial events• Residential conferences• Meet-the-buyer events• Graduations• Training and coaching events• Entrepreneurial events• Small and large exhibition stands• Inward missions• Awards ceremonies• Breakfast meetings
