My role saw me assessing callers' symptoms and providing advise on what to do and contacting and forwarding them on to 111 Nurses or 999 if required. In addition to this I provided general advice on Coronavirus and helped to relieve any concerns they had. I found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience to help the public during a very difficult time. My role required empathy, patience and understanding on difficult calls.

In this role I made sure sales targets were met and helped to ensure the reconfiguration of the store went smoothly. I left this position to go travelling.
