I am a member of the Fort Worth Fire Department currently serving as a lieutenant over Community Wellness. I coordinate the HOPE team, which specializes in community paramedicine for the homeless and high utilizers of emergency services. We also preform outreach along with partner organizations as a multidisciplinary team. I am also over Community Risk Reduction as a coordinator, I drive initiatives like "Learn Not to Burn," Juvenile Fire Setter Programs, Fall Prevention, Infant/Child Mortality Reduction Program and more.
