Creative Director - Hair Care
I was the global creative director for Dyson’s Hair care category. Creating all the campaign material with my team for new products and seasonal campaigns. I worked on everything creative from concept to end delivery, from ATL, TV and OOH to digital, social, retail, CRM and creative strategy and position. I worked on them from ideation, presenting ideas to board level and company owners through to overseeing all design production to delivery. Successful campaigns to note are; - Dyson Supersonic Nural hairdryer - full campaign creation and delivery- Dyson Supersonic R hairdryer - full campaign creation and delivery for B2B and consumer - Dyson Airwrap ID multi-styler and dryer plus various Airwrap campaigns - full campaign creation and delivery- Dyson Airstrait global launch and market activations- Haircare for males social campaign - Two global Q4 gifting campaigns two drive 1 million sales that were delivered on time on budget and met sales targets - Mother’s Day, lunar new year and Valentine’s Day campaigns. - Various fashion week social campaigns - Various social campaigns to target new diverse audiences - I attended a huge amount of photo and film shoots, where I have art direction , final approval and oversaw everything into production to final delivery - I worked with incredible production team of hairstylists, influencers, fashion and wardrobe specialists. - I led and managed a team of creatives. - I worked collaboratively with marketing and senior business leaders to develop the right strategy and then implement it into the creative. - I checked and gave approval for all the creative assets made, ensuring consistent high standard and detail were always met.

These include working with hugely talented people at Framestore, The Mill, DW Studio, 2021, Andy Carrole from The Elements Music, Grand Central recording studios, Laura Burridge, Alan Graves, Cim Mahoney, Sarah Jagger, Hogarth, Spring Studios, Sandstorm, Duke Island, Black Island, Spot light studios, Big Sky studios and many more. Managed the brand design quality assurance process, maintaining up-to-date and implementing them across the organization. I have hawk eyes for consistency and attention to detail. Developed team productivity, quality, and adherence to design standards.Acted as the brand guardian, offering creative solutions and support to address design challenges across customerand colleague-facing teams and finding to solutions to altering global assets to be tailored to more special market needs. Led cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders to embed brand design principles and drive continuous improvement and impact of creative.Oversaw creative from other markets in EMEA, APAC and USA, guiding them as to ways to improve creative and deliver the best impact for Dyson as a premium brand. I regularly had meeting with creatives and creative directors in these teams giving them guidance on everything from Copywriting, film and photography art direction, brand usage, imagery and model recommendations and claims with their caveats.
Creative Director - Floor Care
I was the global creative director for Dyson’s Floor care category. Creating all the campaign material with my team for new products and seasonal campaigns. I worked on everything creative from concept to end delivery, from ATL, TV and OOH to digital, social, retail, CRM and creative strategy and position. Few campaigns to note are; Creating and delivering the the entire campaigns for Dyson top of the range cleaning applicances - Dyson Gen4 Detect cordless vacuum,Dyson V15 and V12 Detect ranges. Relaunch of Dyson most popular V8 vacuumSocial campaigns to target topical moments such as Eid, Lunar New Year, Getting marriage, Having a Baby, Buying your first home, Christmas. Launching into the wet cleaning category with Dyson Submarine / Nautik machineI learn a huge amound in this role from how to create a new team, nuture them and guide high perfomance in a high pressure yet positive culture. I attended many TVC and Social film shoots, photoshoots with Models and Pets. The role was largely during the Covid pandemic so I learnt how to effectively run a team remotely from home, keep everyone motivated, linked togther and have clarity. I also learnt how to many even more assests in CGI or Ai tech, this creating two TVC's completely in CGI with Framestore. I worked very closely with many production partners to oversee design product and my hawk eyes for detail were constantly used for a large quantity of signing off final assets prior to delivery.
Creative Category Lead - Floorcare
I reported in a hugely talented Creative director who mentored me with ways to improve my progression to a Creative Director. I became even more resilient to pressure, clear with my strategic thinking, faster at decision making with confidence and have extremely good attention to detail. I created the work for the floor care category taking it to reviews with the Creative Director to gain his approval. We worked all multi-channel assets required to launch Dyson's new technology.
