As the Manager of Immigrant Integration, I take pride in fulfilling the deliverables for a diverse portfolio of grants and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships. My core competencies include effective communication, organization, and a strong foundation in legal procedures, backed by a DOJ accreditation. CASA's culture of advocacy and service resonates with my commitment to fostering a supportive environment for immigrants, as we work together to navigate the complexities of naturalization.The past two years have seen me lead CASA's citizenship, tax preparation, and financial education services in capitol area Maryland. My role involves recruiting and training a dedicated team of AmeriCorps members to ensure that the immigrant community receives comprehensive integration services..
