Lead a global team focused on development of our long term strategy, plan and approach for enabling Commercial talent across the globe to maximize performance and market impact through a focus on:-The design and deliver of learning strategies and roadmaps that systematically build capability and adaptability needs of our talent to meet changing market demands in a high tempo environment.-Maximize the technological potential of existing learning experience platforms and harness cutting edge AI platforms to drive advancements in learning and business outcomes.-Development and enhancement of integrated learning journeys that are fit-for-future across all Global Commercial roles.-Collaboration with global stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes and the required behaviors, skills and knowledge needed by different roles to deliver business outcomes.-Closed loop measurement strategies that surface insights on capability trends with clear actions to address gaps and enable a through-line between learning and business impact the business can see.
