I am a framer/ finish carpenter by trade since 1998. After 6 years of framing, I started a small remodels company in 2004 to expand into new construction in 2005. My experience building new homes, remodels and additions is approximately 18 years to date. These diversified experiences have contributed to a wide range of knowledge accumulated on every unique project. ground up for the last 24 years. I have built over 50 spec and remodeled custom homes ($1+ million - $4.5 million+) in Ireland, California and Washington state. I also remodeled over 100 residential homes, up to 10 multi use and multi family TI's.I manage all my construction practices with controls and predictability. Controls lock down scopes of work and material buyouts, this in turn enables the focus on predictability. I rely on Predictability to forecast all probable sequence of events that may become a risk to profitability and project scheduling.I was a mortgage net branch manage for 6 years originating home loans, commercial loans and hard money loans. I have been a real estate investor from single family homes, condos, multifamily homes and vacant lots. I developed small plats and single lots to this day as part of my construction business.I delved into the coffee drive thru business as additional income, However; as fun and interesting it was, the challenge was the time it required to keep the business running with the other existing business I had at the time.I started bio vaporize LLC with the sole purpose of mold remediation, containment and added disinfection service that sky rocketed in 2020-2021, I ended up incorporating these service under the banner of Optimal Builds LLC to reduce accounting overhead.I finally started an ecommerce site in 2020 after selling on major ecommerce platforms for 5 years. Mainly bicycle parts, glasses, face covering, gloves, little cell phone gadgets/accessories for cars and different types of Bluetooth headsets called XXtremez.com and on major ecommerce sites. The website did great until supply chain issues resulted in a stand still and shipment delays in late 2021. Currently I'm selling some of these products mainly on ecommerce sites. I designed, managed, and maintained all my websites to date as well as my email servers.I have compiled diversified experiences through my career and always thrive to learn new things everyday. I feel that life is a school and always has something great to offer anyone that wants it.
