CurrentSam Hale has been a licensed real estate agent since 1974 and a licensed real estate broker since 1985. Before joining Brown Realty Advisors in 1985, Sam spent 10 years with Wells Fargo in Atlanta, Washington D.C. and New York City. Sam’s background at Wells Fargo included an initial 2-years training in accounting before transferring to sales. Sam was recognized twice as Wells Fargo’s salesman of the year before transferring to New York as manager of South American Services. Sam left Wells Fargo in 1985 to pursue real estate in his native Atlanta. At Brown Realty, Sam has established himself as a knowledgeable and top producer in the marketing of shopping centers. With 24 years experience in the shopping center business, Sam has closed over 200 transactions in sizes from regional malls to neighborhood and specialty centers. Sam is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and a Life Member of The Million Dollar Club. In addition, Sam belongs to The Georgia Association and National Association of Realtors, and was presented the Phoenix Award in 2006 by The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In 2008, Sam formed Hale Retail Group to expand the investment services to include leasing and property management. The Leasing and Property management has grown impressively with the addition of over 50 third party properties.
