SI Partnership advises construction sector clients on:• Carbon Reduction & Net Zero – Working with clients including, Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC) and Walsh Group to understand the sources of carbon in their operations and to develop Net Zero targets and strategies. E.g. Walsh developed an industry leading tool to assess the carbon in design through to the completed project, tracking the pathway to Net Zero. • Wellbeing – Authored the industry guide ‘Delivering Wellbeing at Site Level’ commissioned by the Construction Industry Research and Information Association (CIRIA), the project steering group included, BAM, Carillion, Costain, Multiplex, Murphey’s, Sir Robert McAlpine, Overbury, Balfour Beatty and Barratts. The guide looks at four key areas, Mind, Culture, Body and the Physical Environment and outlines actions to improve performance• Sustainability Strategy – Developed the sustainability strategy for Como/MACE taking the organisation from performing low on client requirements to scoring high on sustainability in bids and tenders as well as in post completion client satisfaction scores. • Environmental Management & ISO14001 – Developed and implemented the EMS certified to ISO14001-2015 for Walsh Group & Como• Training – Delivering IEMA certified courses for a range of main contractor clients including Kier and Multiplex. Delivering training on the WELL (Health and Wellbeing) standard • BREEAM – Worked for Galliford Try, Tangram Architects and Carbon Plan as the BREEAM Assessor and Accredited Professional• Supply chain – Worked for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) supporting the Forest Trade Network (FTN) in greening the UK timber supply chain• Psychology for Environmentalists – Run in house training (and webinar for IEMA) on how environmentalists can apply the findings from psychology to improve their performance on both a personal and professional level

Providing consultancy services on health and wellbeing in the built environment. Running a variety of training courses and help organisations develop strategies to improve their employees health and wellbeing. In turn this means their employees become better at their jobs.

Managed the environment team and ISO14001 certification. Ensured the four brands remained sector leaders on sustainability.

Developed and delivered the Sustainability Strategy and ISO14001 Certification for the £1.5bn business and gained the first commercial FSC project certification.

I managed the environmental performance of the road and rail elements of the businesses and maintained ISO14001 certification.

Developed one of the first ISO14001 certifications in NZ for the flood defense and engineering department.
