I am a Health & Fitness Coach at Ignition Health, which is a private gym I built in 2009.In that time I have helped over 1000 people create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families.We specialize in helping people who have never exercised before (or maybe not for a while), and we provide a private atmosphere rather than the busy gym options currently available.We have 4 different Classes that run throughout the week, as well as Private Training.I specialize in Health Psychology, meaning that I can help our members overcome mental and emotional barriers to success, as well as helping them boost their motivation.I also run 2 charities.Smile Dial is a charity that supports families all over NZ who are raising children who have special needs or in need of ongoing medical care.The Christchurch North Community Patrol is one of over 160 different community patrols around NZ. We work alongside the police to help keep our neighborhoods safe. We are at the disposal Canterbury Police to patrol burglary hotspots and complete taskings given to us.But more important than all of the above, I am father of 4 beautiful kids, and enjoy spending every free time I have with them.
