E-Commerce Administrator & Inventory Specialist
CurrentI currently fulfill all orders received over the web for Austad's Golf AND control inventory for all of Austad's Golf's 9 store locations. These jobs also include customer service, both answering phone calls and emails assisting any and all customers. I manage inventory for all 9 stores, which pertains to keeping inventory as close to current as possible, making adjustments for all stores, connecting with managers and associates if inventory issues do arise and find the quickest and easiest solution to solve those problems.I also handle our eBay and Facebook Marketplace sales where I list qualified products to sell on third party websites. Here you have to be very careful of what you sell and follow all manufacture's MAP guidelines. Breaking any guidelines may result in the loss of or a hold put on your account, which could be detrimental to the company.I started at Austad's Golf as a Sales Associate and quickly took over the role of E-Commerce Administrator when the position was made available 2 months into working here. I have since accumulated the Inventory Specialist role as well as many other jobs that are thrown my way! I am always willing to learn new information and help out the company however possible!
