My role in McInnes Wilson Lawyers’ Commercial Litigation team involves me advising in clients regarding commercial dealings and in a broad variety of litigation. My areas of practice include general litigation, insolvency, commercial disputes, professional discipline, estates administration and litigation, and debt recovery.

My role at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as an Investigator within the Commercial Construction Unit involved me investigating, analysing and assisting in the litigation of potential breaches of the Competition and Consumer Act. In the course of this role, I worked on matters involving allegations of unfair contract terms, unconscionable conduct, conduct with the effect of substantially lessening competition, and civil and criminal cartel matters.
