Along with the experience gained from the operating the lab instruments, I was required to write detailed lab reports to fully analyze and understand all of the experiments performed. As an intern at BGK, I designed and edited parts on Inventor Pro, and accurately drew 2D representations for production and assembly. I utilized strong time management skills and teamwork by assisting other engineers in designing and drawing parts. At the end of the internship, I was able to fully design a smaller IR oven for a customer.

My responsibilities included answering phone calls from individuals who were having technology troubles, working at a library station to help individuals as they came to me with an issue, and working to solve issues that are emailed in to the helpdesk or stored in our queue.
