My role was to find venues and arrange the training by• Handling incoming event enquiries from corporate and agency clients both over the phone and email.• Preparing venue & event proposals; including researching and costing venues and negotiating rates with hotel groups such as Forte ensuring value for money• Working on new projects including conference management, private receptions and any other business the company secures.
