Managing the test and learn pilot and subsequent implementation across schools in England of a new Department for Education initiative, the National Education Nature Park. The programme will empower young people to take environmental action on their education estate, increase biodiversity and develop meaningful connection to nature. This role oversees RHS's contribution to the project, including key elements like biodiversity grants and regional teams.Leading a project team of communications and engagement, grant making, and regional development.

As a Climate Action Campaign Manager at Business in the Community I work to support how we can restore nature through the Just Transition. I am assigned full time to the Greater Manchester IGNITION project, backed by £4 million from the EU’s Urban Innovation Actions initiative.The project looks to develop innovative ways of financing nature based solutions to the climate emergency.In this role I coordinate internal and external stakeholders alongside 12 project partners, as BITC are the Communications and stakeholder engagement work package lead. My work is also focussed on supporting the development of future funding streams for nature-based solutions. A key priority within this work is researching nature-based solutions to create an evidence base and engagement to support the enabling environment for investment in nature-based solutions. This research led to co-authoring the Nature-based solutions to the Climate Emergency: The benefits to business and society report.

Networks and Communications Coordinator with EAUC-Scotland (October 2018 - )In this role I coordinate EAUC-Scotland networks, including regional and Smaller Institutions sustainability networks, and all communications from the team. I assist in the development, administration and running of events and projects. I am the first point of contact within the EAUC-Scotland team.Scotland Programme Administrator (July 2017- October 2018) In this role I lead on Sector Helpline, event organisation, communications, resource development, and supporting the team with general administration. I also organised and ran monthly Sharing Series webinars on varying sustainability topics with nationwide FHE contributions and participation. I was the first point of contact within the team for general and event enquiries from colleges, universities and partner organisations.

As part of a 5 person 'Discover food' volunteer group, for the Year of the Young people with the Royal Highland Education trust facilitate by the Learning for Sustainability Scotland Youth Network (LfSS), we attended attended multiple sessions and presented on our learning at the Royal Highland Show over the 4 days with a stall created by the group, visited by Maree Todd MSP (Minister for Childcare and Early Years).

Assisting with research for magazine features and cataloging

Working over the festival period ensuring members and customers queries were answered and resolved by liaising between the society, the venues and the performers.
