Directly maintain and oversee a 35-acre Southern California Edison combined facility, as well as supporting a plethora of LA and OC Service Center. Managing and completing open work orders on time to exceed KPI goals. Troubleshooting, repairing, and completing preventive maintenance on property’s HVAC plumbing, electrical, and “handy man” tasks needed to keep buildings running smoothly. Meeting with vendors to discuss scope of work and acquire quotes. Oversee vendors to assure work is preformed to scope safely and on time. Completing recommendations for asset replacements and possible Cap Ex projects. Supervising and delegating responsibilities to 4 Building Engineer. Maintain a PM schedule on hundreds of assets. Maintaining BMS for HVAC (Delta Controls) at my site as well as assisting others remotely.

Hawks Nest Woodworking partnered and subcontracted under general contractor, Packwood Construction, to oversee and manage other subcontractors. Updated and kept communication with clients.
