- Managed the credit control process between London, Dublin, Nottingham, and Naples offices. Reduced €17m outstanding on €450m of business to under €100,000 outstanding on €1.1bn of business, in two and a half years.- Led the development of an underwriting system for the Italian Medical Malpractice team between teams in London, Dublin, Ohio, and Connecticut.
