I am a polite, calm, hard working, organised and motivated individual who likes to do his best. At college & work I have shown I can work on my own or as part of a team. I enjoy learning new skills to develop my knowledge and awareness. I am a good listener and quick to understand new things. I understand commercial objectives of a company and able to give good customer service to ensure the companies goals and values are completed.In my first job at sports direct I gave excellent customer service in a fast paced environment by working on the tills and driving sales on commission based products for the company. I had worked in all departments throughout the store, I am polite, friendly and was helpful to customers and fellow employees.At my current job I fulfil orders placed by customers online making sure their product is made to them on time and within the time slot they have selected by packaging the items, labelling items and monitoring stock. Another key role within my job is unloading heavy vehicle trailers with stock on meaning I have been trained in dock levelling and working with multi deck trailers. A new part of my job that I have opted into learning is how to be a customer delivery driver to really understand the full process through the supply chain of manufacturer to consumer. This involves driving an Argos delivery van to customer homes and other stores delivering products on time successfully completing drops leaving customers satisfied with my quick, calm and polite service.I currently work part time at my current job as I am a full time studying student at Barton Peveril sixth form college taking A levels in Media, Business and geography.
