Responsible for responding to customer comments and queries in a timely manner through all social media accounts and customer service emails, monitoring and reporting customer feedback and online product reviews, coordinating with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency, liaise with the sales department and project managers to stay updated on products and features, proofreading company written assets, organizing and participating in online and physical events to boost awareness through demoing games, interviewing, and public relations, participating in the creation and implementation of social media campaigns in order to align with the company's marketing strategy, building relationships with customers, potential customers, and media, assisting the creation, running, and monitoring of Kickstarter campaigns, and providing engaging video content for social media accounts.

My responsibilities included leading youth group and coordinating and running weekly youth meetings, planning and executing Sunday school lessons and other activities, supporting the senior pastor's preaching duties in his absence, dealing with challenging situations and resolving crisis, and creating an environment where everybody felt welcome.

Using a variety of technical skills to shoot and edit videos through the use of Final Cut Pro X, studio cameras, and other equipment, I created board game reviews for the company's channel. I was tasked with creating at least 5 videos a week in various formats. I also participated in the company's booth at convention events to help boost brand awareness and make connections with fans. I worked in a team-oriented environment with various stakeholders, but would work individually on each personal video project from inception to completion within appropriate timelines.

My responsibilities included teaching students based on the proposed curriculum (including the planning and preparations of those lessons), encouraging student participation in class, assessing and reporting on student behavior, providing both educational and social guidance for students, as well as attending and taking part in staff meetings to support the smooth running of the school. I was also the high school boys soccer coach for which I planned and conducted daily practices, transported and supervised the team on away games, and was responsible for the procurement and upkeep of equipment.
