Assistant Project Manager
CurrentAssisting the Project Manager, Vice President, President, Foremen and Superintendents on commercial, utility, and PennDOT road projects with:Tracking project expenses, review invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and deadlines. Collaborating with the Project Manager to organize and coordinate resources, equipment, and materials needed for project execution. Acting as a liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project status reports, ensuring clear communication of project progress. Work with the Project Manager to enforce and uphold quality standards on construction sites. Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and implementation of best practices. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant records. Organize and manage project files to facilitate efficient retrieval of information.Assist in identifying potential issues and risks and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions. Contribute to decision-making processes to keep projects on track and within scope.
