As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Forty Two Event Production, I oversee all ongoing operations and procedures, including policies that promote company culture and vision through its operations. I am responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management, driving Forty Two to achieve and surpass sales and business goals, and collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement plans. My role as COO also includes my dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce through maintaining integrity and strong communication, and leading by example.
