Month long internship involving work across PR & Sponsorship departmentsResponsibilities:- Day to day running of Greene King IPA twitter account (@tothepubtv) using Twazzup, engaging with the crowd at England's cricket test series vs Sri Lanka, running competitions to create brand awareness.- Running Mongoose Twitter account (@MongooseAgency), as a point of reference for Sport sponsorship & communications- Contributing to brainstorms & creative for new business pitch for global car manufacturer.- Drafting media alerts for Rugby Europe ahead of Rugby Europe Sevens Grand Prix event, Exeter.- Researching & obtaining quotes for sponsorship activation events on behalf of clients Muller & AJ Bell Holdings.- Researching pan-European sponsorship opportunities for Rugby Europe, identifying appropriate brands via the use of Pearlfinders.

Reporting to the Tournament Manager of the Champions Tennis, I assisted with thedelivery of the event at the Royal Albert Hall. Key tasks involved preparing the court for every match, assisting with the set-up of hospitality boxes and press rooms, as well as coordinating on court activities (such as autograph signings) and providing support with sponsorship activation.I also formed part of the team who successfully delivered the debut of the new quick-fire 'Tie Break Tens' event during the Saturday evening session.

Five week internship involving work across a number of departments. Responsibilities included:- Attending and contributing to daily press briefings- Updating the company contact details for various publications- Researching prospects and B2B activities including promoting Lewis to local companies in the local area.- Organising meeting rooms, greeting clients, overseeing incoming and outgoing call and general administration.

Nine month internship as part of an entrepreneurship module at university. Responsibilities included: - Increasing traffic to the website via social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter; - Organising placements at festivals- Organising a photo-shoot for the company for their new website.- Meeting fortnightly with the co-founder to discuss brand promotion techniques on campus.

Recruited for a specific data input and general administrative role but quickly progressed to specific case work, where responsibilities included:- Dealing with evictions- Liaising with agencies such as the police, bailiffs and utility companies.- Creating and updating company spreadsheets for each separate case.
