My own brand identity was born. I had the freedom to work with deferent clients and brands which are some of the largest in Sri Lanka and overseas. My consultancy work entails giving clients unique designs which is on or above par with some of the largest advertising firms in Sri Lanka. The high level of experience and knowledge amassed over the years enables me to provide exactly what the client requires more efficiently.

Working at a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry gives me an opportunity to learn more about the backend process in a pharmaceutical facility and exposed to different product designs. This different point of view helps my designing and address practicality of designs.

The re-branding of Leisure Time Magazines took place in 2013 and as I was hired to re-brand and design of the magazine. My ability to design the Magazine efficiently gave me more time to concentrate on photography and coordination work as well. Deferent editorial layouts and deferent articles made me return to the Magazine world which I find very interesting.

My work thereafter entailed concept developing and giving new Identity to old brands while handling the costing for each project.

The Paradise Road is one of the most renowned brands in Sri Lanka focusing on luxury Hotels, restaurants and luxury goods retail. My scope of work entailed product packaging, in-house brand developing, new ideas for packaging, event graphic designing, menu design and new product development.

Canaloupe is a company in the hotel and retail sector that required graphic work done for their ATL & BTL activity. While freelancing I engaged with their company on contract and was in charge of all design work as their in-house graphic designer.

Crimson was one of the largest BTL production houses and I managed the design team and the printing department, coordinating with the marketing & production team. I had to work directly with multiple clients; working with cutting edge technology, new offset screen printing and large format digital printing machine. Design to printing to production everything was handled by me. I specialized in corrugated collapsible exhibition stalls and display, sign boards, supermarket branding, etc.

The Leisure Times (LT) Colombo similar to Time Out Magazine was created in 2003 and I was part of the original team and the only Graphic designer at the time. I enhanced my creativity working with the best creative thinkers in the industry at the time. My tenure at the Leisure Times Magazine was about Editorial Design and finishing the entire magazine on time for publication. This magazine is still popular to date in Colombo.

I worked in the capacity of Junior Designer for Satyn magazine & Chamathkar Magazine. The Magazines as well as other private clients were a good starting experience which provided me with exposure in the print world. My efficiency and good design work enable me to obtain freelance work which I continued to do since.
