An Asset Remarketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing improvements in multiple stages of the loan and recovery processes to help mitigate losses on the back-end of deals financed by Freedom. Market research and analysis, data interpretation, and forecasting are used on a daily basis in order to enhance Freedom's recovery of remarketed assets. Familiarization with all departments and functions within Freedom to detect and resolve internal issues affecting recovery is crucial as well. Freedom Truck Finance is a secondary truck finance company, indirectly providing financing solutions for independent owner operators. Responsible for sales and relationship management in the Food Service Industry covering an area that stretches from Orange County to the Inland Empire and into Los Angeles Proper. With a product offering of over 2,000 SKUs, I am tasked with continually familiarizing myself with our different product categories in order to successfully sell and train our goods to provide solutions for our customers. With Rich's products being delivered through Distribution, I must maintain several relationships at the Distributor level, while ultimately selling to the end users of our goods. End-User Customers include accounts within the Business & Industry, College & University, and Healthcare segments. Other large segments include the Restaurant and Catering industries, as well as entertainment venues among several others. Sales include new sales to new accounts, growing business with existing accounts that already buy Rich's products, and protecting our sales from moving to another competitor.

Located in Ontario, CA, R2's ninth cold-start branch was opened to increase our West Coast presence with both current and potential customers, as well as carriers in the area. Ontario is a prime location for an office, situated in the heart of Southern California's Inland Empire where many manufacturers, distributors, and retailers are headquartered or have distribution centers. As the Branch Manager of a true cold-start branch, I am responsible for overseeing the growth of the office via working with R2's National Sales Team by rating, spot-quoting, and closing leads in the area, as well as doing my own selling. I will also ensure the growth of business by developing, growing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers in the branch by managing the teams and team members in the California office. Hiring, training, and reporting are other responsibilities as Branch Manager. Reports include P&L, year-over-year, and individual performance reporting, among many others.

As the Team Lead for Pod A in R2's Dallas, TX office, I am responsible for securing, coordinating, and servicing our customers' freight all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. I am also tasked with growing the relationships of existing accounts as well as pursuing the development of new relationships with potential customers. As Customer Service is what we at R2 pride ourselves in first and foremost, I am am the single point of contact for the accounts within my team, and I am held solely responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of all shipments handled. I direct my team in assisting with the tracking and tracing of shipments, as well as assigning only the top carriers within our network to shipments in order to ensure the utmost quality of service for our customers. Notable accounts within my team are Owens Corning, Smurfit Kappa, Crown Cork & Seal, as well as same-day expedited shipments for General Motors and Toyota, among others.
