I joined Employee Navigator's Client Support team in March of 2022. Prior to Employee Navigator, I worked at a local artisan food shop then transitioned to a Customer Service Manager for their online retail and Data Analyst for their distribution company after graduating college. I wore many hats at those jobs and was able to help both companies significantly grow sales, streamline production and document procedures. Every day was different where one minutes we'd be setting up a photoshoot for a newsletter before pivoting to preparing for a private tasting class with 30+ guests. In one year alone we increased sales by 1,000% and our 4 person support team was able to handle all obstacles presented with us to come out on top. Switching industries from food to insurance was challenging, but it helped me realize that my career potential is limitless. Working with and helping people has turned into a passion that I hope I can apply to any position throughout my profession career.
