A Master's Thesis co-supervised by Altair on optimizing the geometrical design of tablet coaters to improve coating uniformity and efficiency. This project involved parametric CAD modelling, DEM simulation, DoE, data analysis and optimization. This Thesis received the "Best Presentation Award" at MEng conference day.

Created CAD, CFD and ran thermal experiment to evaluate the feasibility and thermal effectiveness of adding a new feature to Dell's future docking products to help laptop cooling.

Mainly responsible for building complex FEA model for the self-reacting Reaction Frame to help predict the stress concentration and deformation distribution during testing. Other side projects include numerical analysis with excel, designing and manufacturing parts as well as making educational videos or leading tours for University students.
