Started as a Quantity Surveying Trainee on West Kowloon Terminus - Fire Service and Plumbing & Drainage and responsibilities on the project included prepare the Monthly Project Financial Report for both Joint Venture and LCAL Allotted work accounts. Prepare progress payment application to client and payment certification to both allotted work and also sub-contractor interim payment certificate.After that, transfered and worked as Quantity Surveyor on MTR Contract South Island Line (East) 904 – Lei Tung Station, South Horizons Station and Tunnels and focusing on the project included measure and evaluate Engineer’s Instruction and DAmS and prepare submission to client. Assisted in claim preparation and submission.
