I have worked within residential for over 10 years starting as casual and working my way up to Registered Manager. I am very child focused and pride myself in running my homes as close to a family environment as possible. For the last 5 years I have been a Registered Manager reaching an Ofsted Good in my most recent inspection. I have diploma Level 5 in leadership and management and also a Degree in Psychology with Child and Youth studies.
