As Senior Designer (October 2014 - November 2019):-Design products, graphics, surface designs and prints for various licenses (Wallflower, Jachs, Caribbean Joe) and private label programs-Manage the design process from inception to adoption to production to shipment-Coordinate garment aesthetic and quality between the design, production, sourcing, technical and sales departments-Balance design integrity, cost and timely shipment windows for deliverables-Analyze Pantone colors and implement color palettes by season-Collaborate with buyers and designers to cultivate new ideas and incorporate feedback-Oversee deadline management and workload prioritization-Research and interpret market trends.
