I am a freelance Theatre Technician & Production Manager. I've worked for 8+ years' facilitating theatre, live music, immersive & art installations. I’ve worked on large scale arena events, festivals, off-west end, and fringe productions. Because of my varied experience, I am well versed across multiple different technical disciplines and can adapt my skills to fit multiple roles. I am particularly interested in immersive installations and using AR/VR within theatre.I started doing tech at school. I studied Archaeology & Anthropology at uni, with a specialism in art theory, and ritual & religion. - Working in the Queen of Flanders & Piccolo Spiegeltents for Assembly Festival, as part of Coventry City of Culture 2021.- Head of LX in Queen of Flanders, the largest spiegeltent of its kind in the world. Worked receiving, relighting, designing and operating shows such as Choir of Man, Bernie Dieter's Klub Cabarett, Soweto Gospel Choir, and Havana Rumba. - Ran the Piccolo Spiegeltent, installing and operating LX/Sound. Received a variety of fringe-style shows from comedy, cabaret, to circus, and children's theatre. Shows included Le Gateau Chocolat & Jonny Woo's Night at the Musicals, Seayonce, and the infamous Bubble Man. - Worked as part of the technical team to facilitate site-wide festival events such as the Queen's Jubilee, the Children's Games Opening Ceremony and general nightly festival shenanigans.- Worked as part of venue management and site to keep operations running smoothly.
