My responsibilities within this role are to manage the operations and staff within the survey department at Centara; carrying projects through from award to the final deliverables. Frequently this finds me attending meetings, discussing potential future projects as well as assisting clients post delivery in manipulating data into the best format for the principal contractors. I also assist and advise existing clients as well as our pricing team with the technical aspects of Centara’s capabilities.

My main responsibilities were to create highly accurate network & as fitted floor plans of electrical distributions within sites ranging from small businesses to large multi-site clients such as universities.

Whilst working for 1st Horizon S&E my main responsibilities were completing millimetre accurate on-site measured building surveys. This data was then brought back to the office in the form of a topographical survey or a 3D PointCloud to enable accurate, scaled drawings to be issued to the clients. These clients were more often than not high profile within the construction & design industry. My work ranged from office blocks to railway culverts.

Whilst working at McDonald's my main responsibilities were to manage a small team of individuals, enabling the fast and safe production of food to sell to customers. I worked on both sides of the business, on the shop floor & in the office completing database updates & ordering new products into store. This is where my customer interaction skills primarily developed from; and receiving many training courses from conflict resolution to courses detailing the proper management of staff in the workplace.
