After completing NCEA Level 3 only two months prior, I started on the IT Helpdesk at Taupo District Council in a cadet/learning capacity. I spent the next two and a half years assisting customers with technically issues and support with the provided hardware and software. I also oversaw inductions with new staff on the network and systems used in the business.
