CurrentTeach students within my designated classes, improving their learning and providing the opportunity for students to aspire to succeed.· Planning and preparing appropriate tasks which challenge pupils and ensure high levels of interest during lessons, as well as scaffolding learning for lower ability students in order for them to progress.· Monitor the academic progress of pupils within allocated classes in order to apply appropriate intervention strategies to combat underachievement .· To record and report on the progress and attainment of all pupils within my classes.· To register and the attendance of both pupils in class and my form tutor group.· To set work and homework appropriate to the student's ability.· To mark pupil's work and give appropriate and constructive feedback, providing achievable targets.· To research maintain up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and create new curriculum materials.· Manage pupil behaviour efficiently in both the classroom and on school premises and apply appropriate steps in cases of misbehaviour.
