I am a passionate PGA Professional, Golf and Hospitality Manager. After completing my PGA certification in 2000 I played tournament golf for 4 years, then worked my way through the ranks of Club Golf Professionals in Sydney with roles at Glenmore Heritage Valley and Bonnie Doon Golf Clubs, before moving in to Club Management via roles at Woollahra Golf Club, Elanora Country Club and now Oatlands Golf Club. I have been fortunate enough to work with some of Australian Golfs best industry professionals in Golf, Agronomics and Management which have allowed me to evolve my skills and knowledge to the become the objective driven and mindful manager I am today. Golf is one of the most unique recreation activities available and is an integral part of the lives of the majority who play the game regularly which makes it an extremely rewarding industry to work in.I believe the success of any facility providing sport and/or hospitality services is in clearly understanding its identity and empowering its people to create a customer experience that aligns with that identity.
