I have deployed various new systems that scale to meet business strategies.My education has been tailored to develop my innate leadership skills and to excel in many business facets. I earned my Master of Business Administration Degree from Western Governors University with an emphasis in IT Management. The knowledge I gained through that program has shown me how to be an effective leader in any kind of role, from managing small teams to directing an entire organization. I know how to make data driven decisions, manage finances and create budgets based upon revenue forecasts, market products and services and gather market research, manage projects and people, all while maintaining the highest integrity and ethics. Also, during my undergraduate studies I earned my bachelor's degree in Health and Business Administration while participating in Student Government in multiple leadership roles. I trained my teams on how to give presentations/perform under high pressure and develop their own strengths/skills, in addition to training others to develop theirs and reach out to the community to provide service. My top 5 strengths describe me perfectly. They are: Strategic, Adaptability, Belief, Relator, and Responsibility.Throughout my professional career as an Information Technology leader, I have easily acclimated to new environments. I have concurrently shown companies how to operate more efficiently by using business technology solutions including: Collaborative Productivity, Telecommunications, warehouse management software (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Report Builders with SQL, Shipping Management, Network Attached Storage (NAS) or Cloud Storage, Networking, Point of Sale systems (POS), Project Management (PM) and Helpdesk solutions. I analyze how systems integrate with each other and plan what solutions will best fit the business's needs as they grow and change.
