I moved into the role of programme manager in January 2017, largely off the back of my success with the key client account in my previous role. As a programme manager I was entrusted to ensure that each programme was delivered on time and within budget, whilst maintaining the world class quality that is expected of AIM Altitude as a global supplier of aircraft interiors. This required exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.I was responsible for creating programme plans and project baselines in the early stages of the programme and monitoring the status of all work packages from key contributors to a project throughout the life of the programme; ensuring that we did not miss key milestones and deliverables to customers and integrators. I believe in my time in the role I learnt quickly what is required to perform to a high standard and I believe my success so far has been down to my willingness and desire to achieve and improve in my professional career.Over the 22 months working at AIM Altitude I managed and delivered within budget multiple multi-million pound projects, including a project that was key to improving our business relationship with Boeing.

West Byfleet

My role at AIM Altitude involves sales generation, order book management through to delivery and customer support. I am responsible for KPIs of monthly order intake, sales output, and on-time delivery. Other responsibilities include margin analysis, RSPL proposal generation and commercial/business opportunities and improvements. I have also worked closely on stock level analysis with our procurement department and repair order management with our quality department.

Southall

During my studies at university I held a part time position at Harmoni. My role was to triage patients at the initial stage and handing over to either the clinical staff or the emergency services.
