Working for one of the UK's biggest plumbers merchants. As a Export coordinator at BSS Industrial, I support our International customer base, sourcing goods from suppliers UK based and overseas. Providing them with the right products based on their enquiries. Managing customer orders & expectations, creating shipping documents and arranging collections or deliveries. Are part of my daily responsibilities, these are completed working with our branch network, customs experts and freight forwarder.

Raising queries that the branches have with goods received and also matching invoices.I also contacted our vast supplier network to get the relevant document to make sure that invoices could be paid making sure that our customers could get all the goods that they require.

In a busy warehouse, I identify stock that had been returned from the branch network and building sites to support customers with accessing refunds for stock they no longer needed.I identified goods from our deliveries making sure that the right goods were available to our customers and accessible to our pickers.With licences for VNA’s and the forklifts, when needed I worked within the isles to put-away goods and also pick customer orders with a high rate of accuracy.

Working for the Midlands leading fencing contractor, working as part of a two man team. My role within the team was to obtain permits, setting up fencing lines and also marking up materials. Each morning I helped to load up the van/trailer with materials for the days work whilst my Ganger was informed of the location of the works for that day.

Working within a customer facing role I dealt with customers queries and also supporting them with making payments. I checked accounts for red flags for money laundering and also completed security checks to make sure that the payments being made where going to legitmate destinations. I also raised and resolved customer complaints at first point of contact or raised them for investigation if needed. During the last few months working for RBS I supported the team that dealt with account closures.

Working in a busy retail enviroment. I dealt with supporting customers with any queries they had about products within the store and helped them with completing purchases. I then worked through the customer service journey, booking jobs in for repairs and chasing suppliers for allocations of goods for deliveries direct to customers addresses. I also dealt with booking in deliveries and counting stock. I helped completing floats and till counts at the end of the business day.
