Financial Analyst
Current• Full responsibility for preparation of the monthly financial reporting package for the Trustee/Owners (including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes, and other analytical management reports) and responding to their inquiries.• Prepare all government required financial and statistical reporting related to the managed homes.• Prepare budget to actual variance analysis, providing explanations based on investigation and communication with operations staff. • Create and process month-end journal entry transactions for the facilities; reconcile the general and payroll bank accounts for the facilities; and prepare the external billing for management fees.
