Sam holds a master degree from National Taipei University and holds Certified Public Accountant license and Certified Internal Auditor license in Taiwan ROC. Sam began his career at KPMG in 1998. He started in the audit department with focus on financial statement attestation, corporate income tax return certifications and tax agent services for Foreign Institutional Investor (FINIs) throughout the years to 2011. In late 2011, he transferred to KPMG Taiwan’s tax department to focus on tax services for Foreign Institutional Investors and Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors (FINIs & QDIIs). Such tax services include but not limited to tax agent service, tax return filing, treaty benefits application, tax advisory, and so on.Currently, Sam works with tax partner, Ms. Jessie Ho, in a specialized team with primary focus on the tax services for FINIs and QDIIs in Taiwan. With the continuous dedication and devotion to this business line, the team has been reputable and well recognized by worldwide pioneers investors, financial groups, custodian banks and investment institutions. The team is proudly to own the largest market share of FINI services among other accounting firms in Taiwan.
