As a field staff worker of RUF at Clemson University, my primary responsibilities include one-on-one mentoring of college students and personally fundraising my salary and ministry expenses. I mentor college students on topics such as conflict resolution, personal and moral ethics, personal crisis management, time management, and student leadership. Other various responsibilities include community development oversight of student teams such as our Social Media and Outreach teams. I regularly communicate with my donor support team and determine and maintain my financial support needs.

As the VP of Recruitment and Retention at Wofford College, I had the privilege of serving alongside four other council members to lead the Greek community at Wofford College. Specifically as VP R&R, I was responsible for planning three Panhellenic events attended by approximately 250+ women to build relationships with one another both within and outside of the Greek community. Additionally, I worked with our President and Judicial VP to modify and correct, and transparently communicate the rules of the 2019 Spring Recruitment Manual. I held meetings with Potential New Members to communicate to them about the recruitment process, expectations, and rules. I will lead the interviewing, selecting, and training of 22 Recruitment Counselors who would be leading small groups of freshmen women. Through out the recruitment process, I was responsible for making sure these leaders know how to appropriately interact with Potential New Members and communicate to them about their individual recruitment processes. I communicated between the Dean of Student for Student Involvement and each chapter's Recruitment Officers regarding the attendees and scheduling of their recruitment events.It was exciting to share my love of the Panhellenic Community with the freshmen and sophomores of Wofford.

As a fitness instructor at Wofford College, I create work out routines and lead fitness groups twice to three times weekly, designed for those both experienced and new to fitness. Previously, I have held certification by USA Weightlifting to teach various Olympic lifts, including dead lifts, front and back squats, power cleans, and snatches.

As the Event Director for my chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, I had the opportunity to display my strengths of planning and organization by my responsibilities to plan the date of an event and contact local businesses outside of our chapter to book venues, transportation, food, and music while effectively and appropriately communicating my chapter's wants and needs for an event. I collaborated with the COO officer, chapter advisors, and college administration to ensure that all contracts and forms are correctly filled out and submitted in a timely manner. I served as a member of the Finance Committee, RISK Committee, and as leader of the Creative Committee because of this position. Events were attended by 150+ attendees.

As an intern for Cofield Law, I was responsible for the delivery and reception of legal documents from local and surrounding Columbia administrative buildings and law firms. I prepared official wills, as well as drafted and finalized letters and their enclosures to clients. I prepared case binders and real estate documents, scanned and organized document files, answered phones, and scheduled clients. I greeted clients in a positive manner.

I served as a research intern for my history professor while studying abroad in Freiburg, Germany. In order to be an effective intern, I had to familiarize myself with the public transportation system and interact with workers in the German language at various academic institutions in and around Freiburg. I would gather research to scan, copy, and print for my professor.
