Leading the Newsworks digital and data strategy across all platforms. By developing current and future marketing platforms online, as well a maximising the businesses usage of all its data touch points.

Continuing my role supporting the development of Newsworks' digital presence from my new location in Calgary, Canada.

Responsible for managing and developing all Newsworks digital assets. Including:- Website management and development - analyzing performance and trends we maintain a user friendly experience that delivers our content effectively to our audience.- SEO & SEM - keeping on top of the latest developments in SEO to ensure we are always ranking for key terms and our content is always discoverable. Maximising exposure of new campaigns through the use of targeted search & display advertising.- Email marketing & CRM - developing new ways to deliver core content to our target audience, and ensuring our messaging is delivered in the most effective ways through automation and the segmentation of our database.

Responsible for developing Newsworks' presence and marketing content across the website, emails, social media and other channels.

My role covered all areas of marketing, from advertising to event organisation, with a particular focus on the digital elements of SearchFlow's marketing activity. This included creating content such as blog articles, and infographics for the website and social media pages, to running and coordinating email marketing campaigns that target different client and lead segments. All activity was reported on heavily to analyse which content and campaigns were most effective across SearchFlow's different target markets.

Directly assisting the Marketing & Communications Director to deliver strong and consistent messaging to both B2B and B2C audiences:• Responsible for creating content for social media and maintaining all social media platforms • Managing content creation for veyo.co.uk website, and working with the web development team to continually improve and develop the site. • Assisting with the delivery of both digital and offline advertising campaigns.• Producing copy for the support site, designed to assist users with the Veyo portal.• Deliver a range of email marketing campaigns specifically designed for contrasting audiences.• Listen and monitor to all activity online relating to the brand and product, and report on this activity. • Provide other general assistance to the marketing and communications team.

Responsible for managing all social media platforms and producing content to share across a range of online media:• Responsible for producing and delivering an initial social media strategy to take the brand from its launch. • Developing a range of social media platforms from the launch of Veyo to increase brand/product awareness for both B2B and B2C audiences.• Create a range of online content such as articles for the website, info graphics, and e-newsletters, and manage the delivery of this content across a range of platforms. • Manage online advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google. • Listen and monitor to all activity online relating to the brand and product, and report on this activity. • Provide general assistance to marketing and communications for the business.

• Coordinated the NSPCC’s activity at the autumn party conferences. • Aided the NSPCC’s work on the Children and Families Bill.• Tasked with attending All Party Parliamentary Group meetings, with the purpose of producing written reports to submit to the Corporate Affairs team.• Tracked and reported upon all activity undertaken by the Corporate Affairs team.• Positively contributed to the delivery of the NSPCC’s annual summer parliamentary reception within the first couple of days of my internship.
