I currently work with and lead an exceptional team of FISMs (Field Installation Service Managers) within the Specialist Products sector. My team provide me with valuable feedback and ideas towards constant improvements in customer service. My role centers on sound planning which helps me to develop process improvements. I liaise with all supply departments and key managers in an effort to ensure that the customer is consistently provided with a positive experience. I thoroughly enjoy working alongside a highly motivated self employed network of Installer businesses, this is a great pleasure.
