Oversee all operations of a Unit located on Mass Street while also devoting time to overseeing the other stores within the company. Including hiring, training and promotions of employees. Developing and creating marketing ideas POS and training materials. I started out working at the Italian Express section in the kitchen making and selling pizzas. My customer service skills and work ethics were noticed by the general manager and he transferred me up front to float around the store where needed. I did everything from sacking, stocking shelves, to busing tables washing dishes in the kitchen/dining area. I helped to train new employees on customer service skills and I also filled in for the bakery and a couple of times in floral. My goal was simple good customer service and to be a good example for the new younger employees. I worked at Hy-Vee part time while working at KU to supplement my income

technical and lead data control work in a computer operations section on UNIX, ORACLE base systems. (AHFC, Nissan, Union Bank, and Wells Fargo) Upload, and Modify New Contracts, Merge new Code and Data, add New Screen Prompts, Test Changes, and offer Telephone Support to the Customer about their ERA system. Taught myself how to, Add New Banks, and Lease Companies, and Wrote program code to print several Contracts and Dealer Specific Forms, Submitting them to be added to the R&R Data Base. Also worked for 3 months completing a variety of standard Service Requests. I received compliments from several Automobile Dealerships across the country, and Acknowledgment from the Company'
