I currently work as a diving coach, coaching at all levels of the diving pathway. The position requires a wealth of knowledge about diving, how to make athletes stronger, mentally tough and to make sure the athlete has the correct nutritional intake in order to meet the requirements of training, be able to recover effectively and compete at the highest level. http://www.cityofsheffielddiving.co.uk

This role requires-Great Customer Service -Lifeguard and pool supervision-Responsibility-Care of Duty -Regular, up-to-date training in regards to CPR, First Aid, Water Rescue, AED training, fire training, manual handling -The delivery of all pool programmes-Set up and set down of any event, individually or with a team.-Teamwork

I assist in the delivery of strength and conditioning programmes and testing to Sheffield Diving Club, including a commonwealth medalist. Also involved with Hallam Barbells Weightlifting Club, learning how to perform olympic lifts and coach olympic lifts.

I started diving at the age of 8, and competitively at 9. I competed for my club, City of Sheffield Diving Club. I competed all across the country winning titles. I was selected for World Class Programmes. First of them being World Class start, and later JOP (Junior Olympic Programme). From the age of 12, I competed for my country. My first international competition was in Canada 2005, I won my first medal for Great Britain, becoming platform champion. I later went on to compete for my country in Aachen, Germany (2006, 2007 and 2008) and in Florida, USA (2009). I finaled twice in Germany and my best result came in 2008 achieving 5th place. In the USA i came 3rd.
