Following almost 10-years as a management consultant I am now focusing on leading the venture & innovation agenda for the global Alpha Group; helping drive new & innovative go-to-market propositions, and helping the world's leading financial services firms develop innovative approaches to change through new & unique partnerships. As part of this, I lead our Marketing, Brand and Creative Services proposition, building the leading marketing agency to financial services worldwide and supporting clients with their comprehensive range of brand strategy, marketing campaign activation & creative programs. Previously, I was the Co-Head of Distribution Consulting for Asset & Wealth Management in North America at Alpha FMC, helping leading global investment managers define and execute strategic change initiatives across sales, marketing, client service, product, and data. I have worked across Europe, Asia, and North America to deliver complex strategy and transformation programs. I am also passionate about building and nurturing a diverse, inclusive, and human-centric culture at Alpha FMC, where I continue to drive our recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and our marketing and PR efforts. I have been part of growing our North America team from 14 to 125, and the largest practice to triple-digit annual growth over the past five years. My mission is to challenge the status quo, innovate, and have fun, while making our internal teams and our clients the most fulfilled and successful they can be.
