Hello, I’m Sam!I am a Missouri native who loves to tinker with things and find ways to make them work better or perform a different task entirely. When I was a child, my mother used to glue all my toy cars together because I would take them apart to try and figure out how they work (it didn’t stop me, I just used a hammer instead).I started my professional career in the world of Health and Fitness and then made my way into Industrial Health and Safety where I started leveraging apps and scripting technology to assist in data analytics and increase the speed and accuracy of my deliverables. Working with different tools to leverage technology, coupled with my continuous curiosity led me to the world of Software Engineering in 2022. As a Software Engineer I strive to learn and understand how something works and what issues need solving (usually without the hammer). I am energized by working on creative ways to solve problems in a way that improves people's lives and provide accessible solutions to the people who need it most.
